How to Raise a Concern

LendExpress is a referral service. We do not provide credit advice, hold an Australian Credit Licence, or arrange loans directly. Depending on the nature of your concern, the right path is different:

Concern about LendExpress

If your concern is about this website, our referral process, the way your enquiry was handled, or how we use your personal information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

We aim to acknowledge enquiries within 2 business days and respond substantively within 21 days.

Concern about a broker or lender

If your concern relates to credit advice, loan assessment, fees, or the conduct of a mortgage broker or lender you were referred to, raise it directly with that broker or lender — they hold the Australian Credit Licence and are responsible for their own internal dispute resolution (IDR) process.

Unresolved complaints

If a broker or lender's IDR response does not resolve your concern, you can take it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) — a free, independent external dispute resolution service.
